- Yes, you can use all the features of SelectTranslate completely free of charge.
- SelectTranslate offers several free translation models that can be used directly. For non‑free models, you can enable them by configuring an API key. (API key application and setup)
- If applying for and configuring your own translation‑model API key feels cumbersome, you can also choose to subscribe to our Plus plan service directly. Plus members can directly use the advanced translation models included in the plan such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, Kimi, Doubao, Qwen, Claude, Grok and GLM, etc.

- Translation Credits (TC) are the consumable balance used to access advanced translation models within the Plus plan.
- SelectTranslate Plus plan includes 5 million Translation Credits (TC) per month, which is more than enough to cover the daily translation needs of most users.
- The TC consumption multipliers vary across different models based on their inherent token costs. For more details, please see Translation Credits (TC) & Model Tokens
- Yes, the translation credits is shared across all advanced models supported by Plus plan.
- Yes. New users can subscribe to a free trial of the Plus plan (the trial includes a limited amount of Translation Credits)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends at no cost. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for renewal of the standard Plus plan.
- If the Translation Credits included in the Plus plan are not sufficient for your needs, we also offer a variety of add‑on TC packages. You can Purchase Translation Credits (TC) Add-on Packages as needed.
- Monthly orders/subscriptions: Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Annual orders/subscriptions: Refunds can be requested within 72 hours of the initial purchase.
Please note that requests submitted after the deadline will not be refunded. When applying for a refund, please state the reason for the refund request.
Refunds are only available if the translation credits for the order has not been heavily used. If the translation credits corresponding to the order has been heavily used, your refund request may be denied.
If you have previously successfully applied for and received a refund for our services, we reserve the right to refuse any further refund requests from you.
We will review refund requests based on the specific circumstances of usage, ensuring that users can fairly use our services and to prevent abuse of the refund rules.
- Refund Process: If you meet the above refund conditions, please send your refund request to our service email service@selecttranslate.com . Our service team will review your request and process and notify you within 7 business days.
- After logging into your account, navigate to the "Account" page, click the "Manage Subscription" button in the "Current Plan" section, and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
- Yes, each membership account can be used on up to 10 devices (browsers) simultaneously. When the limit is exceeded, the earliest logged-in device will be logged out.
