- Yes, you can use all the features of SelectTranslate completely free of charge. There are several free translation models that can be used directly, and other translation models can be used after you configure the API Key.（Each model API Key application and configuration）。
- If you find it troublesome to apply and configure API Keys for translation models one by one, you can also purchase our Plus membership plan service directly. Plus members can directly use the advanced translation models included in the plan such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, ZhipuAI, Doubao, Tongyi Qwen, etc.
- Plus members can directly use the advanced translation models such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, ZhipuAI, Doubao, and Qwen. Advanced models support multiple versions for self-selection, and you can choose the appropriate version according to the scenario.
- The default recommended versions for each advanced model are as follows:

The advanced models for Plus members support multiple versions for self-selection, which can be selected as needed in the model settings.

- The 4 million TQ translation quota is approximately equal to the number of tokens that can be used for translation in the default version of each advanced model:

- Yes, the translation quota is shared across all advanced models supported by Plus plan.
- Yes, register an account and log in to apply for a free 3-day trial of Plus plan.
- The trial plan has translation quota limits. Once the trial quota is used up or the trial period ends, you can choose to purchase/subscribe to the official Plus membership plan.
- Yes, you can choose Stripe for payment. It supports subscriptions or purchases using credit cards issued by all major credit card institutions, including UnionPay

- If you need to issue a general VAT invoice for the Chinese mainland, please use WeChat Pay or Alipay to pay for the purchase, and then send the following invoicing information to the service email service@selecttranslate.com , We will confirm and issue the invoice to you in a timely manner.
Invoice Information: Account ID, Service Order Number, Invoice Title, Unified Social Credit Code/Taxpayer Identification Number, Email Address for Receiving Invoice - Please note: If you pay with Stripe, you cannot apply for a general VAT invoice in the Chinese mainland. However, Stripe will send invoices and receipts to your email. Most companies support using Stripe's receipts as reimbursement proof, and you can confirm with the finance department whether Stripe's receipts can be used as reimbursement proof.
- The monthly translation quota in the Plus membership plan can meet the needs of the vast majority of users.
If the monthly translation quota is not enough, we also offer various specifications of translation quota add-on packages. You can purchase Translation Quota Add-on Packages as needed.
- Monthly orders/subscriptions: Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Quarterly orders/subscriptions: Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
- Annual orders/subscriptions: Refunds can be requested within 72 hours of the initial purchase.
Please note that requests submitted after the deadline will not be refunded. When applying for a refund, please state the reason for the refund request.
Refunds are only available if the translation quota for the order has not been heavily used. If the translation quota corresponding to the order has been heavily used, your refund request may be denied.
If you have previously successfully applied for and received a refund for our services, we reserve the right to refuse any further refund requests from you.
We will review refund requests based on the specific circumstances of usage, ensuring that users can fairly use our services and to prevent abuse of the refund rules.
- Refund Process: If you meet the above refund conditions, please send your refund request to our service email service@selecttranslate.com . Our service team will review your request and process and notify you within 7 business days.
- After logging into your account, navigate to the "Account" page, click the "Unsubscribe" button in the "Current Plan" section, and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
- Yes, each membership account can be used on up to 10 devices (browsers) simultaneously. When the limit is exceeded, the earliest logged-in device will be logged out.
