ByteDance Doubao
The Doubao model is a large language model independently developed by the Volcano Engine team under ByteDance.

Application and Setup Process
- Open VolcanoEngine, log in or sign up, and complete the identity verification.
- After signing in, go to the Model activation page from the left-hand navigation menu, select a model from the list, and click Activate.
- Then, go to the Online inference page from the left-hand navigation menu, and in the Preset inference endpoint list, click Access API.
- On the Access API page, click Select and copy API Key,then click Go to create to generate a new API key.
- The API key you create can be viewed on the API keys page.
- Enter the API key into the API key field in the extension’s model settings. Once verified, it’s ready to use. For detailed steps, refer to the Models Configuration Process.
- If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, you can submit them on the Feedback page.
⚠️ Accounts that have not completed real-name verification cannot access model services or create API keys.
