Tencent Hunyuan is an AI language model developed by Tencent.
This tutorial covers how to apply for and configure an API key on the Tencent Cloud international site. For the China version, please refer to 腾讯混元.
Application and Setup Process
- Open Tencent Cloud , sign up or log in, and complete real-name verification.
- After signing in, click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Access Key from the dropdown to go to the API Key Management page.
- On the API Key Management page, click Create Key.
- Enter the obtained SecretId and SecretKey into the SecretId and SecretKey fields in the extension’s model configuration. Once verified, it’s ready to use. For detailed steps, refer to the Models Configuration Process.
- If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, you can submit them on the Feedback page.
⚠️ The newly created key only provides the SecretKey at the time of creation and cannot be viewed later, so be sure to save it.
💡 Please ensure that the international site account is properly activated and meets the billing and permission requirements. Even if you have activated Hunyuan API services on the China site, you still need to enable the corresponding services separately on the international site.
